(Genesis 12:2 NLT) … I will bless you and make you famous, and you will be a blessing to others.

(Matthew 25:14-29 NLT) “Again, the Kingdom of Heaven can be illustrated by the story of a man going on a long trip. He called together his servants and entrusted his money to them while he was gone. He gave five bags of silver to one, two bags of silver to another, and one bag of silver to the last–dividing it in proportion to their abilities. . . “The servant who received the five bags of silver began to invest the money and earned five more. The servant with two bags of silver also went to work and earned two more. But the servant who received the one bag of silver dug a hole in the ground and hid the master’s money. “After a long time their master returned from his trip and called them to give an account of how they had used his money.. . .

√ Stewardship: MANAGEMENT of someone else’s stuff.
√ Stewardship: To PROTECT & EXPAND someone else’s stuff.

☐ Put GOD first.
(1 Kings 17:14-15 NLT) For this is what the LORD, the God of Israel, says: There will always be flour and olive oil left in your containers until the time when the LORD sends rain and the crops grow again!” So she did as Elijah said, and she and Elijah and her family continued to eat for many days.

☐ Be a good STEWARD.
(Luke 16:10-11 NLT) “If you are faithful in little things, you will be faithful in large ones. But if you are dishonest in little things, you won’t be honest with greater responsibilities. And if you are untrustworthy about worldly wealth, who will trust you with the true riches of heaven?

√ SPEND wisely. SAVE diligently. GIVE generously.

☐ Teach your CHILDREN.
(Luke 16:13 NLT) “No one can serve two masters. For you will hate one and love the other; you will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.”

☐ Live below your MEANS.
(Philippians 4:11 NLT) Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have.
(Romans 8:24 NLT) We were given this hope when we were saved. (If we already have something, we don’t need to hope for it.

☐ Be a good WITNESS.
(Acts 20:35 NLT) And I have been a constant example of how you can help those in need by working hard. You should remember the words of the Lord Jesus: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.'”
