√ BEAT UP ourselves.
√ BLAME others.
(Isaiah 1:20 NLT) But if you turn away and refuse to listen, you will be devoured by the sword of your enemies. I, the LORD, have spoken!” –> meaning the devil will use it to eat you up!
(2 Corinthians 5:16-17 NLT) So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now! This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!
√ BELIEVE God.
(1 Timothy 1:13-15 NIV) Even though I was once a blasphemer and a persecutor and a violent man, I was shown mercy because I acted in ignorance and unbelief. The grace of our Lord was poured out on me abundantly, along with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus. Here is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance: Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners–of whom I am the worst.
1. Stop trying to EARN FORGIVENESS.
(Ephesians 2:8 NLT) God saved you by his grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God.
2. Start attacking LIES with TRUTH.
(1 Corinthians 1:30 NLT) . . . Christ made us right with God; he made us pure and holy, and he freed us from sin.
3. Stand in the TURN AROUND.
(Genesis 50:20 NLT) You intended to harm me, but God intended it all for good. He brought me to this position so I could save the lives of many people.
√ You need more FAITH not more FORGIVENESS!
