(1 Corinthians 10:13 NLT)The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.

(Jonah 2:2 NIV) He said: “In my distressI called to the LORD, and he answered me.From deep in the realm of the dead I called for help, and you listened to my cry.
(Jonah 2:7 NLT) As my life was slipping away,I remembered the LORD. And my earnest prayer went out to you in your holy Temple.

√ His PRESENCE.
(Romans 8:26, 28 NLT) And theHoly Spirit helps us in our weakness. . . . And we know that God causes everything to work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to his purpose for them.
(James 4:8 NLT) Come close to God, and God will come close to you. Wash your hands, you sinners; purify your hearts, for your loyalty is divided between God and the world.

√ His POWER.
(2 Corinthians 12:9-10 NLT) Each time he said, “My grace is all you need. My power works best in weakness.” So now I am glad to boast about my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ can work through me. That’s why I take pleasure in my weaknesses, and in the insults, hardships, persecutions, and troubles that I suffer for Christ. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
(Psalm 55:22 NLT) Give your burdens to the LORD, and he will take care of you. He will not permit the godly to slip and fall.

√ His PEOPLE.
(Numbers 11:14-15 NLT) I can’t carry all these people by myself! The load is far too heavy! If this is how you intend to treat me, just go ahead and kill me. Do me a favor and spare me this misery!”
(Numbers 11:16-17 NLT) Then the LORD said to Moses, “Gather before me seventy men who are recognized as elders and leaders of Israel. Bring them to the Tabernacle to stand there with you. I will come down and talk to you there. I will take some of the Spirit that is upon you, and I will put the Spirit upon them also. They will bear the burden of the people along with you, so you will not have to carry it alone.

(Matthew 5:13-16 MSG) ‘“Let me tell you why you are here. You’re here to be salt-seasoning that brings out theGod-flavors of this earth. If you lose your saltiness, how will people taste godliness? You’ve lost your usefulness and will end up in the garbage. “Here’s another way to put it: You’re here to be light, bringing out the God-colors in the world. God is not a secret to be kept. We’re going public with this, as public as a city on a hill. If I make you light-bearers, you don’t think I’m going to hide you under a bucket, do you? I’m putting you on a light stand. Now that I’ve put you there on a hilltop, on a light stand—shine! Keep open house; be generous with your lives. By opening up to others, you’ll prompt people to open up with God, this generous Father in heaven.
