(1 Chronicles 12:32 NIV) (men of Issachar)… understood the times and knew what Israel should do…

1. Will we have BODIES in heaven?           YES
(1 Corinthians 15:47-49 NLT)
Adam, the first man, was made from the dust of the earth, while Christ, the second man, came from heaven. Earthly people are like the earthly man, and heavenly people are like the heavenly man. Just as we are now like the earthly man, we will someday be like the heavenly man.

2. Do we GO to heaven IMMEDIATELY?      YES
(2 Corinthians 5:8 NLT) Yes, we are fully confident, and we would rather be away from these earthly bodies, for then we will be at home with the Lord.

3. Will we have EMOTIONS?      YES
(Revelation 6:9-10 NLT)
When the Lamb broke the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of all who had been martyred for the word of God and for being faithful in their testimony. They shouted to the Lord and said, “O Sovereign Lord, holy and true, how long before you judge the people who belong to this world and avenge our blood for what they have done to us?”

(Luke 15:10 NLT) … there is joy in the presence of God’s angels when even one sinner repents.”

4. Will we KNOW everything?           NO
(1 Corinthians 13:12 NIV) For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
(1 John 3:2 NLT) . . . we are already God’s children, but he has not yet shown us what we will be like when Christ appears. But we do know that we will be like him, for we will see him as he really is.

5. Will we know what’s happening on EARTH?         YES
(Hebrews 12:1 NLT)
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a huge crowd of witnesses to the life of faith, . . .

(Luke 15:7 NLT) . . .there is more joy in heaven over one lost sinner who repents and returns to God than over ninety-nine others who are righteous and haven’t strayed away!

6. Will I REMEMBER my LIFE on earth?         YES
(Luke 16:25 NLT) “But Abraham said to him, ‘Son, remember that during your lifetime you had everything you wanted, and Lazarus had nothing. So now he is here being comforted, and you are in anguish.

7. Who will BE THERE? Everyone who RECEIVES JESUS.
(Revelation 21:6 NLT)
And he also said, “It is finished! I am the Alpha and the Omega–the Beginning and the End. To all who are thirsty I will give freely from the springs of the water of life.
(Revelation 22:7 NLT) “Look, I am coming soon! Blessed are those who obey the words of prophecy written in this book.”
(Romans 10:9-10 NLT) If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.

(Romans 10:13 NLT) For “Everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.”
