1. Victory over SIN.

2. Healing from WOUNDS.
— What OTHERS do to you.
(Ephesians 4:26-27 NLT) And “don’t sin by letting anger control you.” Don’t let the sun go down while you are still angry, for anger gives a foothold to the devil.
3. Authority over the ENEMY.
— What the DEVIL wants for you.
(Ephesians 6:10-11 NIV) Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.
Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.
(Ephesians 6:12 NIV) For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
(Romans 8:1-2 NLT) So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you (2nd Cup) from the power of sin that leads to death.
√ RELATIONSHIPS are the key.
(1 John 1:9 NIV) If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
√ Go to God for FORGIVENESS & Go to God’s People for HEALING.
(James 5:16 NIV) Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
√ Invite PEOPLE in.
(Revelation 12:11 NIV) They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony;
√ Invite JESUS in.
(Psalms 26:2-3 NIV) …. examine my heart and my mind; for I have always been mindful of your unfailing love and have lived in reliance on your faithfulness.
IF WE ARE HONEST most of us don’t want a changed life or a changed heart; we just want changed circumstances.
