ONEstep CONNECT is how we help you make BCSylvania HOME. Our hope is to go beyond simple membership to being a vital part of the BC family. We want you find your place on the team as well as a place you can walk out the purpose God created you to fulfill.
DREAM TEAMS
At BC we have DREAM TEAMS that are groups of incredible people that have discovered their gifts and passions and are actively serving in them. From creating a comfortable environment by serving on a Host Team 
(ushers, greeters, info center, parking lot crew) to leading the next generation to Jesus by serving the NURSERY, KIDS CHURCH, or GC YOUTH, to crafting a dynamic experience with the Service Experience Team (audio, video, lighting, worship) to tearing down barriers across our city by leading a GROW Group, partnering with the Men’s & Women’s ministries, or by giving life in one of our outreaches. (Jail Ministries, Project 216, annual EGGdrop) We are a group that forcefully advances the Kingdom of God.
This team is all about one thing: serving God by serving His people. If you desire a life filled with joy and growth and community, come join the DREAM TEAM.
GROW GROUPS
We believe that big growth happens in small groups. We encourage everyone to get into a GROW GROUP. Groups gather throughout the week. 
Groups run a similar schedule to the school semester system with new subjects each semester. New groups start every fall and again in the spring and we have a short summer semester as well. For those with children, groups that are on Wednesday nights meet at Believers Church where they can take advantage of a child care for nursery age through elementary age, and there is a GROW Group for middle\high school groups. This is where the real connection with the family happens.
